EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Professor Bateman earned a BS degree in Biology, from Ball State University and a Masters Degree in Chemistry from Indiana University.  He has worked as a medical technologist for 15 years and a college professor for 47 years.  He received post graduate training in Nutrition from Dr. Kenneth Pelletier, celebrated professor at the University of California Medical School in San Francisco, Dr. Leo Galland MD, practicing medicine in New York.
